This policy applies to Church Floorplan for iPhone and iPad, the desktop preview, and this website.

Church Floorplan for iPhone and iPad

The mobile app has no advertising trackers or analytics. Projects, image edits, cutouts, conversions, saved calendar views, and your Home sticky note are processed or stored on your device. The tuner analyzes microphone audio on the device while tuning; it does not record or upload audio.

Optional connections and permissions

Planning Center and Trello sign-in takes place with the provider. The app requests only data your connected account can access and sends requests directly to that provider. The provider receives normal connection information, such as your IP address, under its own privacy policy. Connection tokens are stored in the device Keychain. Device calendars and Photos access are optional and controlled in iPhone or iPad Settings. Hiding a song or plan item changes only your mobile view.

Practice opens the charts and tracks available to your Planning Center account, or files you import. Downloaded charts and imported files are stored locally; remote tracks play from their file source. Lights connects directly to a compatible console on your church network and keeps the pairing key in Keychain. The app does not upload your console setup to Church Floorplan.

Sharing and removing mobile data

Share Project and Export use Apple’s sharing tools. Only files you select go to the destination you choose. Project files do not contain your account passwords, connection tokens, or Lights pairing key. Exported copies remain wherever you save or send them.

Delete projects in Template, clear the sticky note on Home, or use Practice → Options → Clear Practice files. Disconnect a provider in Calendar → Connections to remove its local token and cached entries; disconnecting Planning Center also clears Practice files. You can also revoke access with the provider. Uninstalling removes local app files; exported copies and saved Photos remain in their chosen locations. Keychain connection details can persist after uninstalling, so disconnect accounts and remove a saved console connection first if you want to clear them.

Apple may process App Store, TestFlight, crash, or purchase information according to Apple’s privacy policy and your device settings. This app does not include its own crash-reporting service.

Desktop local working files

Church Floorplan stores working files on your computer in its own Church Floorplan folder. Media conversion and transcription use local tools. Your recordings and photos are not uploaded to a transcription service by those tools.

Desktop connected accounts

Planning Center sign-in takes place on Planning Center’s website. Church Floorplan uses the access your account permits to request church data from Planning Center. Trello is connected separately with read access to the boards you choose. The app does not ask you to enter your provider password in Church Floorplan.

Provider tokens are stored using the desktop app’s operating-system encryption support. Planning Center workspaces are separated by church and user. Disconnecting removes the app’s local connection; you can also revoke authorization with the provider. Working files already saved locally are not automatically deleted when you disconnect.

Desktop network requests

Account requests go to the connected provider. The app contacts Church Floorplan’s update service to check for and download updates when requested. Optional tool and speech-model downloads contact their publishers and hosting providers, including GitHub and Hugging Face. These services receive ordinary connection information such as your IP address.

Website

Cloudflare hosts this website and downloads. It may process request information to deliver and secure the service. This site has no account forms, advertising trackers, or analytics scripts.

Optional donations

The website links to Buy Me a Coffee for voluntary support. Donating is not required to download or use Church Floorplan. If you follow that link, you leave this website and Buy Me a Coffee handles the donation under its own terms and privacy policy. This website does not collect your payment details or embed a donation widget.

Preview boundaries

Church sharing is not available in this preview. The preview does not include Adobe Font extraction or YouTube downloading. Keep backups of your work. Additional privacy information will be provided if hosted account or sharing features are introduced.

Desktop data controls

Disconnect Planning Center or Trello in Settings → Connections. Remove local working files using your computer’s file manager when you no longer need them. Uninstalling the desktop application does not automatically delete your working files.
